Rob Young started Young Harvests Farm more than 10 years ago. They produce naturally grown salad greens, vegetables and herbs including arugula, pea shoots, lettuce, basil, broccoli, red cabbage, kale, Asian greens, fennel, dill and Swiss chard and more for markets and restaurants in West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland.
