Baked Apples and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional Toppings: cinnamon and pecans, pumpkin pie seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry sweet potatoes and apples. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Place onto a baking sheet coated with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until a fork goes into the sweet potato easily.
