Avocado and Cream Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 Haas avocado, large, very ripe (1 cup mashed, 200 grams)

  • ½ cup granulated monk fruit

  • ½ cup dark chocolate cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Dash of kosher salt

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until done

  2. Scoop into servings bowls; chill before serving
