Garlic Roasted Okra

Ingredients

  • 1 pound okra

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the okra and dry with a paper towel. Trim away the stem ends and cut it into ½ inch pieces. Place okra in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  2. In a small dish, mix the paprika, garlic powder and salt. Sprinkle the seasoning over the okra and add oil, mixing well

  3. Transfer the okra to a large parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread out evenly

  4. Bake the okra for about 15 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve.
