Ingredients
1 lb brussels sprouts
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Lemon Parmesan Seasoning, optional
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
Parsley leaves and red pepper flakes, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment aper. Slice the Brussels sprouts in half, toss the drizzles of oil and pinches of salt and pepper, spread on the baking sheet. Roast 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
If desired, too the roasted brussels sprouts with lemon juice, parmesan, and thyme leaves.
