Roasted Turnips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of turnips, scrubbed and rinsed (no need to peel)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F

  2. Cut turnips into half inch cubes. Toss with salt and olive oil.

  3. Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes, until fork tender.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
