Ingredients
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground red pepper
2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
1 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
½ tsp honey
¼ tsp sea salt
Vegetables for dipping – carrots, celery, peppers, cucumber…
Instructions
Place the first 3 ingredients in a spice or coffee grinder, and process until finely ground.
Place spice mixture, turmeric, and pepper in a small skillet over medium heat; cook 1 minute or until fragrant.
Combine spice mixture, yogurt, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring to combine.
