Ingredients
3 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
1 large pear, diced
⅓ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup sliced almonds
1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Wash hands with soap and water
In a large mixing bowl, add the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, thyme, nutmeg and black pepper.
Mix until well incorporated
Add the pear, brussels sprouts, cranberries, almonds. Toss.
Serve and enjoy!
