The Perfect “Pear” and Brussels Sprouts Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded Brussels sprouts

  • 1 large pear, diced

  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries

  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

  • 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme

  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, thyme, nutmeg and black pepper.  

  3. Mix until well incorporated 

  4. Add the pear, brussels sprouts, cranberries, almonds. Toss.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
