Ingredients
½ cup grated cucumber
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, finely minced
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped dill
Optional: 1 tbsp chopped mint
Instructions
Grate cucumber using the largest round holes of your cheese grater.
Use a towel to gently squeeze out the excess water from the cucumber – this will keep your dip from getting runny!
In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Enjoy right away or leave in the fridge for a few hours for all the flavors to marinate together.
