Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain and leave in colander.
  3. Melt butter in pot and sauté garlic for 1 min over medium.
  4. Remove peels from potatoes, return everything to the pot and mash.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
