Ingredients
One 5 oz can tuna fish (packed in water)
1 to 2 teaspoons plain Greek yogurt
½ cup chopped veggies: onion, celery, pepper, carrots
2 bell peppers, sliced into quarters (1 or 2 inch-wide slices) with ribs/stems removed
Instructions
Drain and rinse tuna. Mix tuna and plain Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Add your favorite chopped veggies for crunch.
Add you favorite flavorings.
Fill bell pepper quarters with tuna salad. Enjoy!

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Lemon pepper
Curry powder
Chopped sundried tomatoes
Chopped pickles (or relish)
Chopped hardboiled egg
