Simple Summer Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 cup onion, diced

  • ½ cup bell pepper, chopped

  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 4 tsp jalapeño, minced (for less heat, remove seeds/ribs)

  • ½ tsp ground cumin

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir together tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeño and spices in a bowl. Optional: Combine in a food processor and pulse to desired texture. Enjoy!
