Ingredients
3 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup onion, diced
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
2 tbsp lime juice
4 tsp jalapeño, minced (for less heat, remove seeds/ribs)
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Stir together tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeño and spices in a bowl. Optional: Combine in a food processor and pulse to desired texture. Enjoy!
