Carrot Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of carrots

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash your hands

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

  3. Peel the carrots and cut them into strips about in ¼-inch thick and a few inches long.

  4. Coat a baking pan with olive oil and spread the carrots onto it. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip them over and coat them with a bit more cooking spray, salt and pepper, bake another 15 minutes until lightly browned
