Ingredients
1 bunch radishes, sliced in half with tops removed
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cloves minced garlic (1½ - 3 tsp)
¼ tsp dried parsley, dried chives or dried dill
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the sliced radishes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Wait to add the garlic until the radishes are almost done roasting.
Place on a large baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes, until fork tender and golden brown. Toss every 10 minutes or so.
Add garlic and dried parsley in the last 5 minutes of roasting time
