Crunchy Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cabbage cut into thin strips/ribbons

  • 4 scallions/green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup, 2-3 medium carrots, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Pepper to taste and a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat up oil on medium-low heat in a skillet. Meanwhile, chop cabbage, onion, and carrots, then add to skillet.

  2. Cook, stirring often, about 7 to 15 minutes, depending on how crunchy you would like the texture to be.

  3. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix until coated evenly. Cook 1-2 more minutes to let flavors absorb, then serve and enjoy!
