Ingredients
3 cups cabbage cut into thin strips/ribbons
4 scallions/green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup, 2-3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to taste and a pinch of salt
Instructions
Heat up oil on medium-low heat in a skillet. Meanwhile, chop cabbage, onion, and carrots, then add to skillet.
Cook, stirring often, about 7 to 15 minutes, depending on how crunchy you would like the texture to be.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix until coated evenly. Cook 1-2 more minutes to let flavors absorb, then serve and enjoy!
