Ingredients
6 cups (packed) chopped kale
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Wash and pat dry the kale, then tear the leaves off the stem and shred or chop into small, bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add the kale. Coat evenly with butter.
Add the lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
Continue tossing the kale until slightly wilted, roughly 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
Optional: Add your favorite protein (meat, tofu, etc.) to make this a main dish!
