Ingredients
1 bunch Swiss chard, stems and center ribs finely chopped, leaves coarsely chopped
½ small red onion, diced
½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Salt
Instructions
Melt butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, cook for 1 minute.
Add chard stems and broth/wine, and simmer until stems soften, about 5 minutes. Stir in chard leaves and cook until wilted.
Stir in lemon juice and cheese, season with pinch of salt if desired.
