Ingredients
2 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic
½ cup milk
2 tbsp. plain yogurt
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
Drain and leave in colander.
Melt butter in pot and sauté garlic for 1 min over medium.
Remove peels from potatoes, return everything to the pot and mash.
Salt and pepper to taste.
