Ingredients
2 lb brussels sprouts, sliced in half
6 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped into large chunks
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar (a thick syrup vinegar is recommended, but any will work)
A few pinches of salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F.
Place a piece of parchment paper on a large metal baking sheet.
Place sprouts and garlic in a large bowl.
Mix together the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a jar. Pour onto the sprouts and garlic and mix it all together well with your hands until veggies are coated well.
Dump the mixture onto your baking sheet and spread the sprouts out evenly.
Roast in oven until they are fork tender and slightly crispy, about 25-30 minutes.
