Ingredients
1-2 cabbage, sliced into 8-10 wedges
1 tbsp high-heat oil, such as soybean or avocado
Seasonings: pepper, pinch of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.
Optional: Squeeze of lemon juice or grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F.
Cut off cabbage stem. With the stem-side facing up, cut the cabbage into quarters to make 4 large wedges. Then, cut each piece into 2-3 smaller wedges, so they look like crescent moons. Be careful not to let them fall apart!
Line a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper and lightly coat with oil. Add the wedges and spray/coat them with a bit more oil. Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings or the ones above.
Cook for 15 minutes, then gently flip and cook for 15 more minutes until brown and charred.
Optional: Garnish with lemon juice or parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
